1. Platform Role and Neutrality

JobHub Pro is a neutral software platform that facilitates document exchange, electronic signatures, and project organization between contractors and clients.

JobHub Pro:

• Is not a party to agreements between contractors and clients
• Does not provide legal, construction, financial, or professional advice
• Does not review, approve, or guarantee the validity or enforceability of user-generated documents

All agreements, obligations, and disputes exist solely between the contractor and the client.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform.

By using JobHub Pro, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

3. Accounts and Access

a. Account Creation

Each user must create and maintain one account. Contractors may invite team members to access the Platform under role-based permissions.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity conducted under your account
• Ensuring invited users comply with these Terms

b. Suspension and Termination

JobHub Pro may suspend or terminate accounts at its reasonable discretion, including for:

• Nonpayment
• Abuse or misuse
• Legal or security risk
• Violation of these Terms

Suspension may occur immediately and without notice where necessary.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

a. Subscription Plans

JobHub Pro offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance.

b. Refund Policy

If you are charged for a subscription renewal that you did not intend to continue, you may request a refund by canceling your subscription and contacting support.

Refunds may be granted if:

• The request is made within 14 days of the most recent charge, and
• The subscription is canceled within that period

Refunds are not automatic and are issued at JobHub Pro's discretion. Charges outside this window are non-refundable.

c. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Platform.

d. Failed Payments

JobHub Pro may suspend access immediately if payment fails.

5. Documents and Content

a. Ownership

• Contractors retain ownership of documents they upload
• Clients retain ownership of documents they sign
• JobHub Pro does not claim ownership of user content

b. License to Operate

You grant JobHub Pro a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and store content solely to operate the Platform.

c. Retention

Documents are retained in accordance with the project lifecycle and may remain stored after project archiving.

6. Electronic Signatures

Use of electronic records and signatures is governed by the Electronic Records and Signatures Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Electronic signatures applied through the Platform are legally binding under applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• Illegal activity
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Harassment or abuse
• Uploading malicious code
• Intellectual property infringement
• Circumventing laws or regulations

JobHub Pro may remove content or restrict access at its discretion and has no obligation to monitor user activity.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by JobHub Pro and protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

JobHub Pro disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobHub Pro's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to JobHub Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

JobHub Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobHub Pro from claims arising from:

• Your documents or agreements
• Disputes between contractors and clients
• Your misuse of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in Virginia.

13. Modifications to the Platform

JobHub Pro may modify or discontinue features at any time without liability.

• The Electronic Records and Signatures Agreement
